All sales are final, though returns or refunds may be accepted under certain circumstances.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 14 days of delivery at Deanna@yoursnadia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your experience at Nadia’s Hope, so we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
